3.2 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal

The minimum deposit amount for each payment method is ৳500. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. No transactions below these amounts will be processed.

3.3 Withdrawal Timeframe

Approved withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. However, this time may increase if identity verification is pending or if an account review is in progress.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

A 15x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus. Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 15 = ৳22,500 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

4.3 General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus offer may be used only once per user.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless the terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Bonus funds cannot be directly withdrawn from the account's real balance.
• tk696 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If suspected bonus abuse is detected, the bonus may be forfeited from the account.

4.4 VIP Program

The tk696 VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Higher tiers can be reached through regular gaming activity, and weekly cashback is available: up to 0.3% at Bronze, 0.6% at Silver, 0.9% at Gold, and 1.2% at Platinum.

5.1 Fair Play Policy
